Corner block is always good. Frontage is great

Depends on use. If it's commercial could be great. If its residental maybe not enough privacy. It's all depends on shpae of the block and area. Houses that coming out on two streets can be very cool.
But also if it is investment and block is big, you have gret chance to make more than one house. Big frontage is great for block of units or townhouses, vilas. Corner block is dream for any developer.

Brian, it is multiuse area. Block is good size. I will use it for residential, but as investment can be converted to business, any shop. There is a few galleries in my area.
